If using a qualified co-signer, household income must be at least 2.5× the rent.
Credit Score: Minimum score of 580 per applicant.
Criminal History: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis (considering recency, severity, frequency, and type of offense).
Rental History: Reviewed for issues such as late payments, lease violations, damages, or unpaid balances.
Credit History: Reviewed for account standing, collections, charge-offs, and bankruptcies.
